Mario Kart Wii

Mario Kart Wii is the wii installment of the classic mario kart. Almost every platform of the Nintendo has its own Mario Kart. This time they took advantage of the motion of the controller by making the way to steer by steering the wiimote. You can buy and Wii wheel to give it more of a steering wheel motion. This game, like most Mario Kart Games, Features new courses only available on Mario Kart Wii and classic courses from N64 or SNES. There are 32 courses. There are 4 courses per cup, and there are 4 classic and 4 new cups. There is a new feature as well(I think), the ability to unlock characters. You start with about 8 or something like that and you can work your way up to 34, including 2 Mii outfits. You can also unlock carts for the Big, Middle and Small groups. 7/10. There is online Multiplayer but you can only have 2 people per console.

I got Terraria today so a review is coming soon.

Terraria

Terraria is out on steam for $9.99. I don't have to game yet but I plan on getting it soon. Terraria looks like minecraft except in 2-D. Since the houses are easier to build(I think), it seems like it emphasises the more adventurous and miner parts of the game.

Portal/Minecraft

Btw, if you have minecraft and you want portal, you could get the not nearly as good minecraft version.

Portal 2

Portal is epic. I got it last sunday. Unlike Most games i have, this has a very wifi/co-op experience. You can use your puzzle skills to beat the single player, or use your teamwork to play co-op. Single player has a nice story with shoking twists. The co-op is just a bunch of tests and in the end you save some ******. I won't tell what the ****** is so you'll just have to beat the co-op. Overall, the the game is really fun, a great game idea(a portal gun) and a nice story. Theres only one thing that's bad with it. I got it 2 weeks ago on a Sunday and that Saterday, I had beaten in 5 sittings. The co-op I beat that next week. Overall its a fun game and once you love it, You could also try portal 1. Overall, I give this game a 10/10 for its nice graphics, its good story, and its fun idea. Comes for PC, Mac, PS3(you can play co-op now that the PSN is back up) and Xbox. For the PC or Mac, I recommend getting it on Steam(I actually don't know if you can get it anywhere else). Steam is great because there are achievments and all you have to do is stick in a mic and you can communicate on co-op. I reccomend getting it. Oh, and there are a few laughs in it too.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii)

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is sort of like Street Fighter Just Marioinized(I want to make that a word for games like mario super sluggers or Mario Striker Charged. Marioinized pretty much means there are now power ups and advantages depending on the field). You can choose who you want to be. The characters are from many of nintedo's games including Link, Mario, Kirby, and even pokemon. The game also includes 2 character from non-nintendo games: Sonic and Snake. Most characters from the same game have a coure (i.e. WarioWare Land) and some courses don't have characters(the one from animal crossing for example). The game also icludes a story mode which is a platformer with lots of enemies and there are places where you can't continue whithout beating all the enemies. The last level is the high point of the single player in my opinion. It's pretty much a big maze but you have to find all the rooms and defeat all the bosses. You can find out where you have been using the map in the pause menu. It only shows the rooms you've been to. The whole point is to defeat all the bosses that are in doors and unlock the special door by beating all the the bosses. You then get to the final Boss, Tabu. I definatly think this game is fun to play with friends and the Story Mode. The Story Mode is actually 2 player. You can play with 1 or 2 player though. 10/10 and fun to play

Mario Party 8

Mario Party 8 is similar to its past mario party games. In Mario Party 8, You come to the carnival where you can go to competition and try to win the Star Battle Arena(Equivalent to Story Mode). Unlike Mario Party DS and every other Mario Party Game, Mario Party 8 has no story. It's boring as heck. In Mario Party DS, you were minified and you are trying to beat bowser. In Mario Party 8 you are just joining a competition so you can unlock two extra characters and the extra bowser's warped orbit stage. The story is disappointing, but the actual game where you can play against your friends is pretty fun. You have to try to collect stars(on most maps its a certain point) and coins and after all four people go one round(you can play tag battle which is pretty much 2 vs. 2 and Battle Royale which is free-for-all) you play a mini-game. Most mini-games are relatively fun and can be played anytime in the mini-game tent once unlocked. You can also buy certain mini-games. Thats about it and you should check it out. 7/10 prices vary

Beta 1.5

Beta 1.5 came out on minecraft! Nobody noticed it though because portal 2 came out the same exact day.

Minecraft Update

If u want minecraft then you should buy it soon because the price goes up to 20 euros in November. People who have beta still get their accounts and do not have to pay extra for the full version.

Roblox

Roblox is and MMO where you can play levels other people make. Thats it really. There are some really boring levels, but some can be quite fun. Sadly, you can get only limited stuff without paying for Vip's or Robux. They say you can build it, but I still haven't found out how. 3/10 for its ability to get boring quick.

Sim City 4

Sim City 4 is not the kind of sims game where you walk around and make friends, but rather a game where you have to run a city by changing the taxes, building schools, building houses for richer people and build all sorts of stuff including highways, bridges, monorail and subway stations. The only problem is that this game is pretty hard(for me at least) unless you are a hardcore gamer. You need to raise the taxes but not to much so people leave. And all to monthly payments for all the things you build! You have to pay money for the water, energy, roads, and even subway stations. The only ways you can get money is through toll gates and taxes. 5/10 For its confusingness(is that a word?).

Mario Super Sluggers

Sorry that i havn't been posting for a while, but i'm finally back
Today i'm going to review mario super sluggers. Mario Super Sluggers is basically baseball with the mario twists. The story mode is Ok... because you basically have to walk around and find people and when you do, you have to do a challenge like get a strike out or make a diving catch. Some more difficult ones include taking the lead with one out, but you have a runner on third and second and your down by one. There is also exhibition which is basically just playing a game. You can decide if there are powerups, items, innings, mercy rule, captains, teams and how hard they play. You can also decide if you are playing two player with a friend and weather he plays against or with you. There are also minigames you can play and a special mode called toy field. I'll tell you a cheat for being the home team. Hit "a" on the wiimote when the little coins turn and you will most likely be the home team. Overall I give the game a 7/10 for its lack in online gameplay. This game is only for the wii.

Super Mario Galaxy

Another great game. This is a game where peach is captured(shocker) and bowser has stolen all the power stars. As you get knocked off peach's castle, you get a silvery little star that gives you the ability to spin. You start out getting a grand star and you eventually have to navigate yourself through 120 levels. You can also play with two players. The second player has the ability to stun other enemies and collect star bits. For more experienced players: Super Mario Galaxy 2. These are all for the Wii.

Minecraft

This is and epic game. I'm not kidding. In minecraft, you are a human in a randomly generated world. You can use you hands to chop at wood and with wood, you can start crafting. You can make armor, pickaxes, and record players. You want to collect torches quickly(Sticks + Coal) or else the array of monsters will spawn in you base and kill you. You will lose all you items, but you can recollect them if you go to the point of you death. Eventually, you want to mine deeper so you can collect a rare treasure: Diamonds. Diamonds are possibly the strongest item in the game. That is survival mode for 15 euros at minecraft.net. there is a free mode but all you can do is build stuff. The multiplayer still has glitches, but the game is only in its beta stages. 9.5/10. Comment me you email if you want to play on my multiplayer server.
